\u201cComplaint\/reason for treatment: general feeling of tension, stemming from work-related stress and personal circumstances (widowhood). I noticed that I increasingly felt overwhelmed, which made it harder to gain the necessary distance for better decisions.<\/p>

Session\/guidance: Very professional. It was my first experience with acupuncture, and since I'm not usually a fan of injections, the idea of needles made me a little nervous. Jildert's explanation and calm, confident manner allowed me to relax and surrender to the treatment itself.<\/p>

\u201cI had an acupuncture session with Jildert after falling and scraping my head badly. Jildert suggested acupuncture to relieve the pain and tension.<\/p>

He was extremely professional and immediately put me at ease. He placed the needles and explained why he had put them there. The treatment was completely painless, and I felt completely at ease in his studio in Madeira.<\/p>

Jildert helped me relax for about 45 minutes and then painlessly removed the needles. After the session, I noticed the pain in my head subsided and I felt relaxed and free of tension.<\/p>
